The Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of a construction project. This includes project start-up, procurement, cost accounting, billings, and reporting, as well as serving as the primary liaison with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. This position reports to the Project Director assigned to the project, who will conduct the annual review.
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily job site performance and execution to ensure successful project delivery for the client. This includes leading field operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards. The Superintendent will also play a key leadership role in building cohesive jobsite teams and mentoring Assistant Superintendents.
The Estimator is a key contributor on our Preconstruction team, responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for projects across multiple sectors. This role will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and trade partners to evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The Estimator will support the pursuit, budgeting, and bidding phases to ensure M&F delivers client-centered solutions that align with our commitment to quality, innovation, and value.
