Restoration of the Historic Pioneer Tower

The 208-foot-tall Pioneer Tower, originally built in 1938 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation to preserve its historic character while introducing modern enhancements. Work began with abatement and the removal and replacement of the existing louvers, followed by cleaning and restoration of the exterior brick and stone. The project also included new interior LED lighting, structural improvements such as x-bracing and FRP wrap, and the addition of an exterior light show feature that brings new life to this Fort Worth landmark.
