New 10-Story Elevator Tower

This project involves the selective demolition of the existing façade of the West building and the construction of a new 10-story elevator tower, along with connected exterior corridors. Site work includes the installation of new street corner radii with curb and gutter around the city block, as well as new paving along with parking, planters, and landscaping enhancements. The new structure will feature cased drilled concrete piers, concrete grade beams, structural steel framing, and composite metal floor and roof decks.
