DALLAS, TX – Muckleroy & Falls (M&F), a Texas-based builder, announced that Josh Carson has joined the company as Vice President – Business Unit Leader. Carson will help lead the growth of M&F’s Dallas Business Unit, strengthening the company’s presence and ability to serve clients across Dallas, Collin County, and the greater DFW Metroplex.
His addition gives clients and partners more direct access to local leadership and added construction expertise from early planning through completion. As M&F grows, the priority remains providing the level of service, partnership and care that clients have come to expect from the company.
“This is an important step in the continued growth of M&F,” said Taylor Hale, President of M&F. “Josh knows the Dallas market, understands the importance of strong relationships and shares our belief that growth should strengthen the experience we provide our clients. His leadership will allow us to support more projects across the Metroplex while remaining grounded in the people and values that have shaped M&F.”
Carson brings more than 20 years of commercial construction experience leading teams and delivering complex projects across North Texas. He has led preconstruction, sales and operations, and most recently helped start a Dallas commercial division and grow it to 50 people and approximately $300 million in annual revenue. His experience includes extensive hospitality, multifamily, office, education, cultural, faith-based and mixed-use construction.
Notable projects include Urby Dallas I and II, The Hockaday School Sports Complex, the UT Dallas Davidson Gundy Alumni Center, the Sheraton McKinney Hotel and Conference Center, the Renzo Piano Pavilion at the Kimbell Art Museum and Sundance Square. Carson chaired the TEXO Foundation for nearly 10 years, previously served on the TEXO Board of Directors and was part of the TEXO EDP founding class. He also chairs the University of Oklahoma Construction Science Advisory Board.
“Josh has experience across a wide range of complex projects, but what stands out most is how he leads,” said Clint Moyes, Vice President of Operations at M&F. “He knows how to bring clients, design partners, trade partners and our teams together around a shared goal. He sets clear expectations, holds people accountable and keeps the team focused on what is best for the project. That approach will make a difference for our Dallas clients and partners.”
“What drew me to M&F was the foundation already in place: its reputation, culture and core values,” Carson said. “M&F has built a culture where people are genuinely invested in each other and in serving clients’ needs at a high level. I’m excited to bring my relationships, experience and energy to help M&F grow in Dallas.”
With Carson leading the Dallas Business Unit, M&F will be able to serve more clients across the DFW Metroplex while staying true to how the company works. That means getting the right people involved early, communicating clearly and solving forward.
