Delivering a New Community Center

The new Diamond Hill Community Center in Fort Worth features a variety of community-focused activity spaces, including a basketball gym, dance room, fitness center, and a dedicated boxing facility. Due to the site's close proximity to three schools, construction required extensive planning and coordination. M&F developed a detailed operations logistics plan that prioritized student safety, traffic management, and schedule adherence throughout the project. The former community center remained fully occupied during construction and was demolished upon completion to create a new parking lot for the facility.
