The Mustang Special Utility District headquarters is a new, ground-up office facility designed with a focus on durability, modern aesthetics, and high-end interior environments. The structure features a structural slab on void forms, structural steel, and metal framing, complemented by an exterior palette of porcelain tile, masonry, and composite wall panels. Inside, the building incorporates premium acoustic wall and ceiling panels, executive offices, and a dedicated boardroom. Site improvements include a new fire line loop, stormwater drainage with a detention pond, and all-new concrete paving to support long-term functionality and infrastructure needs.
