Fully Functioning Garage Expansion

The expansion of the Tarrant County Plaza Garage will add eight new cast-in-place parking levels, providing more than 300 additional spaces while keeping the garage fully operational throughout construction. In addition to increasing capacity, the project includes upgrades to fire protection and lighting systems across both new and existing levels. Site improvements will include demolition, utility modifications, new sidewalks and paving, landscaping, and the installation of a new traffic signal pole, creating a safer and more efficient experience for visitors and employees.
