The renovation covered two levels of the existing club and included upgraded finishes, full restroom tear-outs and rebuilds, a relocated bar and restaurant, and an updated pro shop. The goal was simple but meaningful: to create a space that felt modern and inviting while respecting the legacy of a club that had been part of the community for years.

The original interior was defined by traditional wood finishes and compartmentalized spaces. M&F worked closely with the client to reimagine the design, opening up the layout and introducing modern finishes and clean lines. This created a brighter, more comfortable environment where members could gather, relax, and connect before and after a round of golf.

Executing a major renovation while keeping the club fully operational was a key priority.
