The American National Bank and Trust Roanoke Branch is a 12,000 SF, two-story, build-to-suit office building that includes a secure precast vault and a standalone drive-through automated electronic banking system. Its steel structure consists of a slab-on-metal-deck second floor, with cold-formed roof trusses supporting a multi-pitched standing seam roof system. The exterior features brick, cast stone, and a three-part stucco system. Interior finishes include private offices and an open-concept teller station, featuring dark-stained millwork that complements the surrounding finishes.
