This 275 unit multi-family site consists of two wood-framed buildings totaling 276,000 SF. This project includes the improvement and development of 5 acres inclusive of site parking, a dog park, garden style pool, and other tenant amenities. The preconstruction phase on this project consisted of a value engineering effort of more than 100 items resulting in a reduction of 14% in the overall project costs. The scope of work also included low voltage, security audio/visual, and keyless entrance locks for tenant and building entries.
