Large-Scale Ford and CDJR Dealership Campus

This large-scale automotive project includes new tilt-wall Ford and CDJR dealerships measuring 60,000 SF and 50,000 SF, located on a 17-acre development site. Each facility is designed with full-service shops, service drives, showrooms, parts departments with mezzanines, offices, and expansive curtain walls integrated with ACM panels. The Ford dealership also features a radiused ribbon wall and a signature Ford Tower at the main entrance. The site package includes 13 acres of paving, 70,000 cubic yards of imported select fill, more than 120 tilt-wall panels, 40,000 SF of tile flooring, 100 display parking pads, 1,200 standard parking spaces, complete site lighting, and TxDOT improvements including new approaches and a deceleration lane.
