This project consisted of a new, ground-up 25,000 SF, high-end veterinary clinic and animal hospital. The surgery rooms are surrounded by glass walls so the pet owner can observe the operation performed on their pet. This is a two-story facility composed of stucco, stone, and glass curtain wall exterior. It is steel-framed and has a standing seam metal roof system. It also has an underground storm water detention system.
