Enhancing a Dallas Landmark Through Trail Expansion and Infrastructure Upgrades

Expanding a one-mile stretch of the iconic Katy Trail with a new parallel path and upgrades to key sections of the existing trail. The work includes more than 40,000 SF of new paving, extensive landscaping enhancements, tree removal, and the construction of retaining walls that support the trail’s alignment through tight urban conditions. In addition to the new trail, the project replaces roughly 35,000 SF of track surface on the existing path to improve safety and user experience.
