Ground-Up Mansfield Parks and Recreation Office

The Mansfield Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Administration Office is a new 10,358 SF ground-up building located next to the Oliver Nature Center. With a scenic pond just beyond the back porch, groundwater conditions required careful planning during pier installation and foundation work, resulting in a fully structural slab supported on 12-inch void boxes. The wood-framed facility with a standing seam roof provides office space for 20 staff members and includes a community meeting room, two conference rooms, a break room, workroom, and ample storage areas.
