Design/Build Renovation of a Historic 29,000 SF Community Center
The Northside Community Center underwent a two-phase Design/Build renovation to revitalize its historic 29,000 SF facility, originally built in 1941. With limited improvements over the years, the center required modern systems, updated interiors, and improved accessibility to better serve the community. Through a collaborative Design/Build process, the project transformed outdated spaces into a flexible, welcoming hub that supports youth programs, adult education, wellness activities, and senior services. The renewed facility now stands as a vibrant, multi-generational resource that honors its heritage while meeting the needs of today’s neighborhood.
