Revitalizing a Downtown Landmark
A 13-story historic building in downtown Fort Worth, originally constructed in the 1920s, was restored and modernized into a four-star, 189-room Le Meridien Hotel. The project included structural modifications and upgrades to the partially below-grade valet parking garage to create functional parking and back-of-house office space. The renovated hotel features high-end finishes and a full suite of amenities, including a lobby, bar and restaurant, meeting and conference rooms, a library, fitness center, a renovated sixth-level pool deck, and a 14th-level penthouse bar overlooking the city.
