This 22,000 SF PEMB was built next to their existing facility, which we kept operational throughout. The existing facility was connected to the new addition by an open breezeway for sheltered access between buildings. The addition included a new sanctuary, classrooms, bathrooms, and a lobby. Additionally, we installed a new fire suppression system utilizing an onsite storage tank due to the lack of dedicated water service to the facility.
