This is a 9 acre multifamily development consisting of 96 units. The program consisted of 24 quadplexes, an amenity building, and a laundry building. Each unit contained a living space/kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Site improvements consisted of surface parking and landscaping improvements. The project was a federally funded HUD section 3 program.
