Constructed with wood framing, Austin Stone masonry, and a rolled standing seam metal roof, the building blends durability with aesthetic appeal. The clinic features advanced medical infrastructure, including specialized collection and preparation laboratories, medical gas systems, and cryogenic storage capabilities. A failsafe backup generator ensures uninterrupted power to critical systems, while an integrated energy management system and environmentally conscious design contribute to the building’s operational efficiency.
