This addition and renovation for Cross City Church – First Euless Campus included the demolition an existing 60,000 SF building and rebuilding a new 85,000 SF slab-on-grade structure that ties their entire campus together. The scope involved demolition, new construction, and some remodeling of the existing buildings that remained. The new construction is a two-story worship/ youth play area with an assembly area, basketball court, arcade and hangout area, new classrooms, and a courtyard.
