Motel to Hotel Transformation

This project involved the partial demolition and full renovation of a five-story exterior-loaded motel, converting it into a modern interior-loaded hotel with an integrated bar. The work required asbestos abatement of the 65-year-old structure, demolition down to the building core, and a complete rebuild to accommodate new guest rooms, elevators, laundry facilities, and upgraded MEP systems. The team also managed procurement scheduling and installation of owner-provided items to support a seamless and efficient finish-out.
