This project is a visually unique 4-story mixed-use building located in the thriving cultural district of Magnolia. The structure consists of a combination of a tall cast-in-place wall and structural steel while the façade is comprised of structural steel components and curtain wall. The first floor is planned to be retail space, second-floor office or event space, and the third and fourth floors consists of a contemporary hotel space.
