This green-site project included 22 acres of tree clearing and mass grading/ excavation to prepare for the ground-up construction of the new North Texas Louis Vuitton manufacturing facility. This 100,000 SF project was comprised of three buildings and a ground-up guardhouse. Along with the buildings, a prepackaged wastewater treatment plant was added to process sanitary sewage, a 100,000-gallon water storage tank, and a prefabricated pump house for fire suppression.
