This unique, mixed-use project combines a love for racing, a passion for well-made automobiles, and community. Located on an 18-acre site at the famous Turn 11 of the Circuit of the Americas Formula 1 racetrack, this project consists of 175 private garage condos totaling 369,000 SF. This site will also feature a 7,000 SF clubhouse with a kitchen, offices, and meeting space. All garages will be pre-engineered metal building structures with glass, stone, and metal siding facades. The site will hold two detention ponds, extensive site utility infrastructure, and 130,000 SF of roads and parking spaces.
