Improvements to the International Design District enhanced pedestrian connectivity and revitalized the existing center through targeted exterior upgrades, site modifications, and selective demolition. A newly created paseo weaves through the property, linking the established retail and showroom spaces to the emerging 161 developments. The improvements reinforce the district’s identity as a vibrant, design-forward destination while supporting long-term growth and accessibility.
